My Cutler experience didn't start well. I began with a friend I knew that worked for Cutler that was inexperienced. The results were poor and I was frustrated. My Wife and I used Rhonda to purchase our first home. We had no idea what the process was like and Rhonda made sure to explain things as we worked through it. She had good ideas on what to ask for vs what to do on our own (regarding inspections, etc.). The process was easy and fairly stress free, considering the time of year (early spring) that we started looking, when houses were sold by the second day after they popped up on the market.
